Returns Policy

Any item purchased at A Loja do Gato Preto’s website that does not completely satisfy our customers and has not been used, is still complete and keeps its original packaging, can be returned within 14 days from the date of the order delivery.

The product can be returned in any of our stores in the country where the order was made (except in France), where the request for a refund process will be registered. You can also return the product to our warehouse, properly packaged in its original packaging (address on the Return Instructions). In this case, the client must inform our Customer Service through the email

After receiving the request and after product verification, the return process will be completed and we will refund the customer for the amount paid for the product(s), through the same method in which the payment was made.

Return Instructions

  1. Fill in the return document marking the article(s) you want to return and indicating the returned quantity;
  2. Pack the merchandise and attach the return document along with the purchase invoice;
  3. Return the article(s) using one of the following alternatives:
a) Go to any of A Loja do Gato Preto's stores of the country where you made the purchase (except France), with the product(s) you want to return along with the return document and the purchase invoice (the store will start the refund request process);
b) Send the package along with the return document and the purchase invoice to our warehouse, through the means of transport that you prefer (delivery fees should be paid by the client) to our warehouse address: DHL Supply Chain, Plataforma Logística de Palmela 6, Quinta da Marquesa, 2950-677 Quinta do Anjo, Portugal.

In case of returning gifts, the refund will be made to the person who made the purchase on our website.

Exclusive home delivery products
In-store returns are not available for these items. They can be returned to our central warehouse or request the product collection service for return (this service has an associated cost).
